Several months ago, I had stopped planning my meals each week. I quickly found we were spending more money at the grocery store and coming home with less items to make meals because of that. So I am back to planning meals each week and it works great. Of course Pinterest, blogs and websites are a great source of new recipes and cooking ideas too so I don't have to make the same old things every week. Here is our menu plan for this week:
(B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner)
MONDAY:
B - Stuffed Strawberry French Toast
L - Soup & crackers
D - Parmesan Chicken, broccoli & boiled potatoes
TUESDAY:
B - Whole Grain Waffles (homemade)
L - Sandwiches & fruit
D - Shrimp & Grits
WEDNESDAY:
B - Toast & eggs
L - Ravioli
D - Homemade Pizza Rolls with dipping sauce & Garlic Bread
THURSDAY:
B - Whole grain Pancakes (homemade)
L - Sandwich & fruit
D - Mexican Casserole
FRIDAY:
B - Whole Grain Blueberry & Banana Muffins (homemade)
L - Soup & crackers
D - Chicken Fried Rice
